Yes! We work with dental practices and churches across the US, Canada, and the UK. All communication happens via video call, email, and our shared project portal — location is no barrier.
We typically have a 1–2 week onboarding window after signing. If you're in a hurry, mention it and we'll do our best to accommodate. Rush projects may carry an expedite fee.
Possibly. We occasionally take on development-only projects when the design files are delivered in Figma and the scope is clear. Reach out with your project details and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
Our process includes two rounds of revisions at each stage. We start with strategy and wireframes so we align on direction before investing in full design — that alone eliminates most surprises. If after two rounds you're still unhappy, we'll discuss options honestly.
